We are strategically located in the East with vendors nearby.
As we are located on the top floor, it is bright and breezy which is very appealing. Though we are on the top floor, that doesn't stop customers from coming to us. In fact, the feedback is they like our top floor bright and breezy that is one of the factors that attracts. Some car lovers will come over in the cooling evening and form small chat groups while waiting for their cars..
Our plans for expansion is in Johor workshop which is cost - effective. And we will have a Halal cafe serving fresh greens from the Green house adjacent to the workshop. We plan to offer shuttle service to nearby town & malls for customers.
We are located away from the "Sin Ming" group of Car Workshops which gives us an advantage in that we are not directly expose to the cut-throat competition at Sin Ming.
