2. An established wellness festival event with an active title sponsor for the 2018 event. This event has grown year-on-year and attracts over 2000 people. All IP of the event is owned and packaged ready to license
3. A product distribution arm that represents 8 leading wellness brands in Singapore and has established operations in Hong Kong. There is an established client base of over outlets across the region. Contracts are in place brand-to-brand with rights across Asia. Business is made up of 80% B2B and 20% B2C. The B2C arm is the fastest growing and has potential to further integrate with the pre-established wellness platform
