This is boutique skincare brand that has been around since 2015. Its popular amongst the the Yoga and Pilates community demographic. It uses traditional south East Asian formulations with high quality ingredients. The business is established in Singapore and currently being distributed across 12 locations. The manufacturing takes place using a third party manufacturer who has the experience in the formulations and method. We have established pricing agreements with the manufacturer which allows to scale up or down quite easily depending on demand. Currently the business has about 500 units of stock across our suppliers and about 300 units in stock.

The business does not have its own physical location. It operates virtually and via retailers across the island.
We have only recently managed to position the brand for wider physical distribution channels which will help significantly with brand awareness. The opportunity at hand will be to continue to innovate with new products, collaborations with lateral businesses and content creation. A big opportunity for the brand will be with regards to new product development and community engagement.
This is all something which we didnt do, as we wanted to create a passive investment. The reality is that this business requires a hands on ambassador, engagement and community building.

Also, user generated content has proven to be effective and can be stimulated via promotions, live pop up stores, etc.
